- Hockey Tournaments: The Ice will be closed Friday – Saturday during tournaments (see below). Reopens Sundays at 1:00 pm.
- Pond Hockey: Tuesdays, Thursdays & Sundays 8 pm – 10 pm
- Skate Waver: A waiver must be completed by an adult prior to skate each session.

The Ice Experience
Our outdoor rink, open annually from December through late February, is equipped with skate guards for beginners and ample room for everyone. Throughout the winter season, we host special events, such as pond hockey.
When you need a break from skating, take advantage of our outdoor fire pits, which are perfect for keeping warm and making s’mores with loved ones. Top off your experience with our dining options – The Trophy Room, Cabana, or The Hook Cafe – for a relaxing meal.
The Fun Doesn’t Stop
At Old Kinderhook, we offer more than just ice skating – make the season extraordinary by joining us at the following events:
- Pond Hockey: Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays from 8 PM to 10 PM
- Holiday Events: Special-themed skating nights and our Christmas Village offer a festive atmosphere with holiday lights, decorations, and visits from Santa.
Private Events

Hockey Tournaments
During tournaments, The Ice will be closed to the public Friday – Saturday. The Ice will reopen on Sundays at 1:00pm.
