The classes are led by Lana Wiblemo, a Kinderhook resident who is a fitness instructor.
- Every Tuesday evening from 5:30-6:15 p.m. and every Saturday morning from 8:30-9:15 a.m.
- Located at the Lodge Indoor Pool – salt water & heated
- Classes are $6.00 each, or you can buy a bundle of classes for $5.00 each”
